Kyle Dominick

Founder | Tax Advisor | CPA

Kyle is the founder of Dominick Consulting LLC and a licensed CPA with a mission: to help construction business owners build, grow, and keep more of what they earn through proactive, personalized tax planning.

With a professional background in financial audit and corporate leadership, Kyle brings both precision and big-picture strategy to every client relationship. Before founding the firm in 2016, he served as Controller for a multinational company — overseeing complex financial systems and compliance operations.

But Kyle’s connection to the construction world runs deeper. Raised in a family-owned finished carpentry business, he saw firsthand the challenges tradespeople face when navigating taxes, cash flow, and growth. That early insight now shapes his industry-specific approach to tax strategy for general contractors, home remodelers, and construction entrepreneurs.

Today, Kyle leads the firm with a focus on:

  • Strategic tax planning for wealth building and preservation

  • Business structure optimization and proactive advisory

  • Long-term financial clarity for growing companies

Sandy is the backbone of our firm’s operations and client experience. With over 15 years of experience supporting executives and managing business operations, Sandy ensures our firm runs smoothly and our clients feel genuinely cared for.
